Lean Bicycle Factory is a factory simulation game where the player observes the flow of the workplace and make changes between rounds to increase productivity and profit.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay revolves around observing production of a bicycle manufacturing plant for the entire length of a round and making 2 key changes once the round is over.
Changes the player make include moving station locations, changing batch quantities, selling forklifts and adding financial analysts and experts to help with production. Customers in the corner can be seen demanding a bike however if a bike takes too long to deliver or produce the customer eventually poofs.
It is important to move processes closer together to rid of wasteful motions. Once enough money is generated the player can sell forklifts for added profit since the vehicles will no longer have use.
At the last round the player is allowed to make any changes they like, but be mindful to moving heavy machinery can cost money.
